✨ BOOKING POLICIES – PLEASE READ ✨ Deposit • A non-refundable $20 deposit is required to secure your appointment. • The deposit goes toward your total. • Deposits must be sent immediately after booking. • No deposit = no appointment. • Deposits are only refundable if I cancel or make an error on my end. Payments Accepted • Cash App • Apple Pay • Card • Cash Timing • Please arrive on time. • Appointments will be canceled after 15 minutes if you are late with no communication. Appointment Location To provide flexibility for my clients, I offer appointments from two locations: Monday–Thursday: I work from my home (address provided after booking). Friday & Saturday: I work at Walmart Salon. Cancellations / No-Shows • No call / no show will result in being banned from booking with me again. • If you need to cancel, please contact me as soon as possible. • Deposits may be applied toward a future appointment at my discretion. Guests • No extra guests unless approved by me prior to the appointment.
